Visakhapatnam is on alert for swine flu once again with a man dead with flu symptoms. With the rainy season starting everyone should be extra careful when it comes to hygiene and safety.

Although the death comes as a shock to the community, especially since we haven't seen many cases of the flu for almost a year, the city is not new to the epidemic and the District Medical and Health Officer has assured the safety of Vizagities. She also announced that awareness campaigns will be started to spread the word about the H1N1 flu.

Watermelon also contains Lycopene which is associated with fighting cancer, actually it has 40% more Lycopene than tomatoes for instance.
